Gregory Burns’ Interactive Team Art Events are playful, participatory, and highly productive activities for large and small group events, including conferences, meetings, workshops, off-sites, and retreats. Through unique, innovative and empowering team building events for groups of up to 1,000, Gregory helps participants reinforce company culture and values by creating amazing artwork that staff craft in a collaborative effort that is a testament to the team and their objectives. With exceptional results, Gregory’s events stimulate well-being, inclusion and expression through interactive programs, re-igniting the creative spirit in all participants.
The process of visualizing, humanizing and personalizing company culture creates a strong connection and ownership for participants. Encouraging teamwork and free expression, Gregory’s methodology stimulates participants to reengage with their creativity and colleagues. While deliberating, drawing, painting and collaging, participants step outside their ‘default’ lives and become immersed in a creative journey of discovery together. These dynamic workshops promote positive interpersonal communications, make employees feel good about where they work and grow, and produce a lasting piece of art that will consistently reinforce their expression of the company’s values.
“Company values are usually pieces of paper with words on them. Painting forces us to embody and internalize them.”
Holding a Master of Fine Art in Painting from RMIT in Australia and educated in Europe, America, and Asia, as a professional fine artist, Gregory diverges from the status quo without the luxury of road maps or sign posts. He believes that lessons learned in the painting studio can shed light on the creative and communicative processes essential to today’s businesses. The results have been stunning.
Gregory is a member of the IOC’s Olympic Education Commission.
“Gregory’s masterclass delivered a motivating message that truly inspired everyone to come together as one team working towards a common goal and fell perfectly in line with our theme.”

Strategies Driving Successful Artists & Leaders– Art teaches us about creativity, intuition, exploration and how to deal with uncertainty. After analysing five principles which great artists and leaders share in order to be more creative, Gregory leads participants through a hands-on art-making workshop, which stimulates the more creative right side of our brain. By taking audiences out of their comfort zones and undertaking exercises that encourage them to think individually and collectively outside of the box, this MasterClass empowers participants to work creatively and more intuitively to find solutions in foreign situations.
