Visualizing Company Culture MasterClass

Does your team need a transformation– something to uncover their hidden strengths and reinforce shared values?

Through unique, innovative and empowering MasterClasses for groups of up to 1,000, Gregory Burns helps participants reinforce company culture  and values by creating amazing artwork that staff craft in a collaborative effort that is a testament to the team and their objectives. With exceptional results, Gregory has shared his art and stimulated creativity through numerous programs worldwide, re-igniting the creative spirit in all those he mentors. MasterClasses are conducted in person or through Zoom and offer a rich mixture of personalized sharing and group participation.

The process of visualizing, humanizing and personalizing company culture creates a strong connection and ownership for participants. Encouraging teamwork and free expression, Gregory’s methodology stimulates participants to reengage with their creativity and colleagues. While drawing, painting and collaging, participants step outside their ‘default’ lives and become immersed in a creative journey of discovery. These dynamic MasterClasses promote positive interpersonal communications, make employees feel good about where they work and grow, and produce a lasting piece of art that will consistently reinforce their expression of the company’s values.

“Company values are usually pieces of paper with words on them. Painting forces us to embody and internalize them.”

 -Gregory Burns

Holding a Master of Fine Art in Painting from RMIT in Australia and educated in Europe, America, and Asia, as a professional fine artist, Gregory diverges from the status quo without the luxury of road maps or sign posts. He believes that lessons learned in the painting studio can shed light on the creative and communicative processes essential to today’s businesses. The results have been stunning.

Gregory is a member of the IOC’s Olympic Education Commission.

“Gregory’s masterclass delivered a motivating message that truly inspired everyone to come together as one team working towards a common goal and fell perfectly in line with our theme.”

-Vladimir Dabbah,Vice President, Marriott
