Each experience is designed around your team’s size, goals, and culture. Gregory acts as both facilitator and lead artist, guiding everyone through the process with energy, humor, and purpose. No art experience is needed. What participants take away is more than a painting: it’s the memory of building something together that none of them could have built alone.

We set the intention

After confirming the theme and goal of your event, Gregory and his facilitators prepare the space and everything from canvases, paints and brushes to a methodology designed to engage your team.

You paint together

No art experience needed. Gregory guides the room — part facilitator, part artist, entirely energising.

Amazing emerges

What starts as individual panels becomes a single collective work. A visual metaphor for what teams can achieve together.

The finished painting belongs to your organization. It hangs in your office. People walk past it. They remember they made it.

Visualizing Company Culture through Art

Teams create a large-scale collaborative painting that embodies their shared values and objectives. The process of visualizing and personalizing company culture generates genuine ownership — participants don’t just hear about the mission, they paint it. The resulting artwork hangs in your office long after the event ends as a permanent reminder of what the team built together.

The Creative Leader Workshop

Drawing on five principles shared by great artists and great leaders, this masterclass takes participants out of their comfort zones through hands-on art-making. By engaging the creative right side of the brain, teams develop more intuitive, lateral approaches to problem-solving — skills that transfer directly back into the workplace.
